This is a permanent part-time position ( 32.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday , with ample administration time. The hourly rate for the position is $36 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) or $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super. OSHC Coordinators are responsible for: - Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program; - Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities; - Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners; - Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program...
