The Assistant Nurse Manager of ACU and Nursing Resource is responsible for promoting and restoring patient's health by developing day-to-day management and planning of the patient care, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Provides oversight of nurses and sectechs in the ACU and nurses in the Nursing Resource department. Supports unit operations by coordinating patient care, staffing, and safety. Oversees admissions, discharges, and rounds. Conducts performance appraisals, promotes professional development, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responds to emergencies, fosters collaboration, and maintains a positive work environment aligned with high standards of care. Principal Accountabilities: Identifies patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
