Key responsibilities include assisting with property management tasks, supporting OMC compliance and documentation, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is a current student in property, finance, or business disciplines with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. This internship offers exposure to real estate asset management, client service delivery, and financial reporting, while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
