Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in construction project management, or engineering related field. - 5 years of experience with construction contract management, construction contract negotiation, and administration in a mission critical industry. - Experience in International Construction, Law, and Commercial Strategy Implications. Preferred qualifications: - Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree with an educational and career emphasis on Construction Law. - Experience in data center construction, hyper-scaler, or mission-critical industry. - Experience in quantity surveying or engineering.
