Hospice Liaison – Meridian, ID Harrison's Hope Hospice: Harrison's Hope Hospice is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Meridian, ID. We’re looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate referrals. In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Harrison's Hope Hospice as the provider of choice.
