As the Sales Operations Manager , you will oversee a high-impact team including Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates across Gifting, Tour Reception, and Sales Administration. You are the bridge between sales and support, ensuring seamless operations while protecting revenue through strategic anti-rescission efforts. You will step in, solve problems, coach teams, and elevate performance across the board.
