A successful Processing Specialist provides high-quality operational support on disputes and interchange rejects for a portfolio of clients. They understand Visa and Mastercard rules, end-to-end dispute flows, and acquiring processes, and use that knowledge to guide clients on how to respond effectively and within strict deadlines.
