Come join our team with a focus on relationships with our customers, our fellow staff, as well as the surrounding communities. Job Duties: Identify, diagnose, and perform the most technical automotive repairs. Assign work to technicians Provide accurate estimates of repair costs Establish deadlines and modifying work schedules to meet deadlines as needed Manage and maintain work environment safety, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations. Train and mentor junior repair technicians, leading by example. Inspect work while it is being done and after it is completed Additionally, the Foreman must also provide any other assistance when needed, as expressed by the Service Manager Job Requirements: Several years' (4+ preferred) experience in the repair of vehicles or maintenance equipment, or an equivalent amount of experience as a supervisor in a repair shop.
