Basic Job Function: Carefully monitor all pools and beach areas to ensure the safety of the guests and members by responding to emergencies. Provide personal service such as erecting umbrellas and chaise lounges, regular cleanup of towels and debris. Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
