Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking to fill a Part-Time Career Coach position in Saginaw, during the summer. $16.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases. Career Advancement Opportunities!!: _______________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities: _______________________________________________________ - Responsible for caseload assigned of consumers that are job ready and recommended by the Mission Services counselors. - Write daily discharge summaries for referral agency/stakeholders for each consumer. - Collaborate with supervisors, worksite staff, and participants to ensure positive outcome in Mission Services program services. - Teach participants tasks for jobs during assessments. - Track progress, maintain consumer contact, and provide transitional support. - Coach and promote personal growth for each individual to reach quality standards. - Ensure all paperwork is completed per Mission Services procedures.
