Department CENTRAL SERV & SUPPLIES - 206250: Worker Sub Type Regular Work Shift First Shift (United States of America) Pay Grade Job Description: The Distribution Clerk is responsible for all tasks that involve receiving, storage, charging, and distribution of supplies and equipment. Responsibilities and Duties: Performs stocking and replenishment of life saving code carts and other lifesaving apparatuses. Responsible for rotating stock, checking for and removing any upcoming expired expiration dates. Performs scanning inventory on assigned inpatient units using handheld inventory scanner. Responsible for making and maintaining isolation caddies and kits. Responsible for the pickup and cleaning and sanitation of hospital equipment in adherence to Joint commission and infection control standards. Performs restocking of high usage supplies stocked outside of patient rooms in nurse server TLC’s and several clean holdings. Uses Pneumatic tube station. Includes computer, verbal, and written transactions. Will be working with staff of different skill levels.
