Associate Product Manager

Job description

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help with various aspects of product management, from initial research to post launch activities. In this role, you'll assist in product discovery and customer research to inform decisions. You’ll support a wide range of internal stakeholders from the engineering, product marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive user experience. This role is open to applicants located in London, England; Luxembourg, Luxembourg and Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will report to the Group Product Manager. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - This role is centered within the Identity & User Management, and Billing areas. - Assist in research projects and customer discovery initiatives to inform product decisions. - Review, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams. - Participate in day-to-day activities with Engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog re fi nement, and delivery support. - Help teams remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve prioritization con fl icts. - Analyze performance metrics and help the Product Manager to make informed decisions. - Support communication and vis...
