About Gantri We're building a new facility and inventing how new materials are commercialized at scale. At Gantri, facilities isn't a support function... it's mission-critical infrastructure for everything we make. We operate a 40,000+ sq. ft. digital manufacturing facility in the Bay Area combining 3D print farms, robotic systems, and industrial finishing operations. We're expanding, and the pace of that growth is accelerating. Every piece of equipment, every system, every square foot of new space has to work — reliably, safely, and on schedule. The Role: We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager who can lead all of it. This role reports to the VP of Manufacturing Technology. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving industrial environments. You'll own the full operational health of our facility (preventive maintenance, safety and compliance, vendor management, and major capital projects), and you'll be expected to think on your feet, manage complex technical problems, and move fast without sacrificing precision.
