Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Job description

We are currently seeking a Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship for proper communication regarding recommended treatment plans. This position will report to the Operations Manager. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. Pay range: $22-$25/hr: Job Responsibilities: - Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts - Achieve patient conversion results - Assist with phone calls and patient check-out - Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification - Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. - Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications: In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission. - Previous sales experience d...
