About the role The Finance Business Partner is accountable for providing financial insight, performance analysis and cost discipline to a Business Unit within Latitude. The role plays a critical part in driving operating expense discipline and supporting financial performance across the Business Unit. The primary focus of the role is oversight and analysis of operating expenses, while also partnering with Product and Risk stakeholders to support forecasting, performance monitoring and financial analysis across selected product portfolios, including revenue, margins and risk-adjusted performance metrics. The role offers strong exposure to divisional stakeholders and provides an opportunity to broaden commercial capability across both cost and product performance.
