Compliance Inspector – Canyon Gate The Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for homeowner compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This role will include general administrative duties and is also part-time 20 hours per week. Compensation: $16-18 hourly rate Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are to limited to: - Perform weekly/monthly inspections by driving throughout property identifying non-compliant matters on homeowner lots - Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing and electronically - Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues - Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries - Possibly attend monthly executive session meetings with the community manager - Complete owner letters - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and...
