Description Iacofano’s Catering is seeking a hands-on Operations General Manager to lead our Charlotte kitchen. This is a working leadership role responsible for executing and overseeing a high-volume, 24/7 catering operation specializing in private aviation and corporate catering. This is not a desk job.
