Assistant Store Manager Reports To : Store Manager: Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the efficient and effective management of the store. Assumes store manger responsibilities when needed. Rate of pay $16.50-$17.50/HR: List of Responsibilities: Education / Experience : High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended. - Assists the Store Manager in training positive individuals to become members of the Quicklee’s Team. - Responsible for supporting and enforcing store operations, policies and procedures. - Support the store manager in keeping the store, site and equipment safe, clean, organized and properly stocked. - Assists manager in key responsibilities such as scheduling, attendance and payroll reporting, placing orders and daily job execution. - Communicate employee’s relations problems and assist the store manager with shift coverage when needed. - Assists manager with daily bookkeeping, depositing, invoicing and gas survey. - Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management. - Support manager by controlling expenses and maintaining store goal hours. - Su...
