Job Description Summary The Manager of HDNU Plant Controls Engineering leads a team of Global Design Leaders (GDLs) responsible for designing, implementing, and commissioning control systems for Gas Turbines (GT), Bottoming Cycle (HRSG & ST), and Balance of Plant (BOP) applications. This servant leader shapes team culture, drives execution, and ensures successful project across the entire ITR process with a focus on the Order to Remittance (OTR) project execution — all while embodying the GE Vernova Way. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: As HDNU Controls Project Execution Leader, your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Global Design Leaders (GDLs) to define and implement engineering strategies covering Hardware and Software design for Mark VIe Gas Turbine & Steam Turbine power train control systems, along with broader Plant distributed control systems (DCS – HRSG & BOP). - Enhancing team performance by focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs.
