Overview As an Instructional Designer , you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training program in support of our Federal client. You will work as part of a cross-functional team—including designers and technical experts—engaging with stakeholders and end-users to develop an effective approach and ensure adoption of new systems and processes. Contributions: Responsibilities: - Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs - Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement - Research appropriate learning content and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths - Develop interactive and engaging training materials using a variety of modalities (videos, user guides, gamified learning, etc.) with learner theories in mind (ADDIE, Bloom’s, SAM, etc.) to create dynamic learning experiences - Determine utilization of knowledge checks and compliance tracking - Lead the training development and delivery - Establish metrics and measure user adoption - Facilitate learning management system administration,...
