Job Description Are you a hospitality manager and a great communicator with a passion for people and business? If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we have several permanent opportunities for Village Managers, working A Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) on a 14 days on, 7 days off (2:1) roster from Brisbane or Cairns. Who are we looking for?: As the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the Site Services Manager. You will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation. You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and will be an innovative thinker with a strong head for business and running projects, experience in a similar role is not essential as we are looking for people who consider the big picture and bring their perspective to our operations.
