Overview Join our team as a: Legal Operations Specialist and partner directly with in‑house counsel to automate work, architect smarter legal systems, and turn operational complexity into streamlined, tech‑enabled workflows. Ortho Molecular Products is a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements with over 35 years of stability and success in a team-focused, values-driven culture. This position is 100% onsite Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Location: Barrington, IL. What to Expect: - Manage multiple legal operations projects by executing roadmaps with defined SLAs, KPIs, and ROI targets. - Serve as an operational liaison by implementing intake and triage processes, including self-service portals where appropriate. Configure e-billing to support automated invoice review and matter reporting. - Perform foundational administrative duties needed to support day-to-day legal operations. - Design, implement, and administer the legal technology stack (CLM, document/knowledge management, e-billing, collaboration tools).
