Job description

As a Custodian at Lightcast, you will be a key member of the facility management team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept office environment. This role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate exceptional reliability and take pride in creating a consistently clean and dependable workspace for employees. We are pleased to offer highly flexible scheduling options, including the ability to work split shifts throughout the day. Major Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, offices, and restrooms Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels Report and assist in resolving minor facility maintenance issues Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment Support exterior upkeep tasks such as snow removal and basic landscaping when needed Maintain a consistent, dependable schedule and ensure all assigned duties are completed thoroughly and on time Education and Experience: Custodial experience preferred but not required.
