What You’ll Do Working under the guidance of our F&B Manager, you’ll bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift. Depending on your role, your day may include: As a Server Preparing your station before service to ensure a flawless guest experience. Completing opening and closing side work with consistency and care. Staying informed on daily specials, featured drinks, and any 86’d items. Mastering the menu — ingredients, preparation, presentation, and guest favorites. Answering guest questions with confidence and clarity. Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently. Delivering polished service from start to finish, including bussing and resetting tables. Maintaining a clean, organized section throughout your shift.
