The Business Development (BD) Manager supports our Corporate Practice group and as a member of our broader Energy Industry BD team. The role works closely with BD peers to support pitches and proposals, directory and award submissions, events and other strategic initiatives. This person will support attorneys within also work closely with colleagues across the firm’s Marketing Department. The ideal candidate brings substantive transactional expertise—particularly in M&A and capital markets—with a preference for experience in the energy industry. The Business Development Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development for the firm's Corporate practice.
