Why this role matters: We are looking for Software Engineers to work in the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team where you will be working on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service, with thousands of concurrent users. Your focus will be on developing the platform that directly enables and supports contact centre agents.
