Keep a deep-tech team moving – without slowing them down. We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna – hardware, firmware, software, all under one roof. Our teams are full of brilliant engineers who care deeply about their craft. Your job: help them do their best work, remove what's in the way, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction. This isn't a corporate Agile role. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply human. Tasks: What You’ll Be Doing: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that actually add value – stand-ups, planning, retros that people leave energized, not drained - Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team down - Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams – because our sprints span all three - Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead - Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement Requirements: What You Bring to the Team - You've worked as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator – ideally in a hardware or engineering-heavy environment - You're calm under pressure and direct without being aggressive - You coach, you don't control – you know the difference - You're genuinely curious about the product, not just the process - CSM, PS...
