CIC St. Louis is looking for a full-time Senior Facilities Technician with at least five years of experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting to join our team. This person will be responsible for two adjacent professional office buildings, one of which includes lab space. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK: You will join the Facilities and Community Operations team to support the reliable operation and maintenance of building systems at CIC’s Sarah Street campus. This 90,000 sq ft innovation campus includes professional office space, laboratory environments, parking areas, and surrounding grounds. This role is primarily responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs and performing responsive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
