KAW NATION POSITION DESCRIPTION: TITLE: CDC Grant Program Coordinator for Women Health IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Health Director: CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: Chair: STATUS: Regular, full-time: LOCATION: Newkirk, OK: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education or other Health related field from a four-year college or university; or six years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Heavy responsibility and accountability for successful program operations. Must be able to communicate effectively with the public for the purpose of giving and obtaining information. Must have a valid driver license and be insurable. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. Failure to pass the pre hire drug screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.
