Overview: The Supervisor Airfreight is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and development and training of the Air team, management and development of the Airfreight service, and acting as a point of direction and support to the team. Additionally, this role involves managing relationships with service providers and partners, being the liaison for vendors to manage shipment bookings, ensuring timely transfers from logistics providers' warehouses and onward to final destinations, as appropriate, as well as support local management and sales in maintaining the customer relationships, providing support in tenders, cost calculations, onboarding of new clients and sales.
