About The Role: Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading software defense technology company, is seeking a Director of Contracts to be part of our Business Strategy team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. The Director of Contracts is a strategic growth leader within IDT’s Business Strategy organization, responsible for shaping the contractual frameworks that enable the company to operate as a rapid integrator within the DoD ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional contract administration—serving as a strategic thinker who structures compliant, scalable prime and subcontract relationships that accelerate award, protect margin, allocate risk appropriately, and enable collaboration with both traditional defense contractors and non-traditional technology partners. The Director plays a central role in aligning contractual strategy with capture priorities, and long-term growth objectives.
