$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Second Shift: 4p - 1a M-F (West Pasco County) Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the RN Evening is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field. The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. The RN Evening utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family. The RN Evening oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them. This includes providing supervision for the LPN’s and CNA’s, and other assigned staff in the field. The RN Evening is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinical and mandatory education requirements and for meeting the established standards of their profession as well as those accountable for his/her practice, assigned duties/patient care, and is an advocate for patients/families and their profession.
