The Role: We are hiring a Head of Recruiting to build and scale a world-class talent function that supports Mariana’s rapid growth. This leader will own end-to-end recruiting strategy, execution, and infrastructure, balancing high-quality hiring with speed and efficiency. You will design and operationalize recruiting systems, drive cross-functional hiring programs, and build a strong recruiting team. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, recruiting operations depth, and strong program/project management capabilities to scale hiring in a structured, repeatable way.
