Overview At One Identity, we help organizations establish an identity-centric security strategy that protects people, applications, and data. As we continue to scale globally and evolve our organizational structure, we are strengthening our Total Rewards and compliance infrastructure to support a high-growth, private equity-backed environment. Position Summary: The Senior Compensation, Benefits & Leave Advisor will own and operate the full Total Rewards and Leave function for a global workforce of approximately 750 employees. This role is both strategic and hands-on — responsible for compensation design and analysis, benefits strategy and vendor management, leave administration, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This individual must be comfortable running the function end-to-end, partnering with leadership, negotiating with vendors, and managing complexity related to organizational changes, including entity splits and restructuring.
