The Surgery Center of Kalamazoo is seeking a dependable and motivated Temporary Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support our fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory surgery center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, staying busy, and working in a collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Assist with patient transport and room turnover Support nursing staff with patient care needs Stock supplies and maintain clean patient care areas Help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the center Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Assist with general support duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous healthcare experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent communication skills Reliable transportation and attendance What We Offer: Supportive team environment Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to gain ASC experience Competitive temporary pay
