This is a "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the green industry from the best in the business. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Field Apprentice/ Outdoor Crew Apprentice, you aren’t just a helper—you’re a professional in training. You will work alongside our certified specialists to: At Ryan Lawn & Tree, we don't just hope you succeed—we train you for it. All apprentices will go through two of our Foundations Academy programs, a dedicated training program designed to: - Assist in the application of lawn treatments and pest control. - Learn the art and science of tree care, pruning, and removals. - Assist in landscape installation, plant maintenance, and the construction of high-quality hardscapes (patios, walkways, and retaining walls,decks,fences etc…) - Install and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting; perform essential service and repairs to existing irrigation setups. - Operate equipment safely and efficiently. - Interact with customers to provide world-class service and educ...
