Job Description: Will be responsible for assisting with departmental quality assurance and process improvement. Provides remedial training as needed to improve quality results and ensure quality standards are being met. Involved with departmental quality program, targeted improvement strategies, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction data. Provides performance input on departmental staff regularly.
