In order to qualify, the candidate must possess: 1) Two years of Benefit Programs experience 2) One year of supervisory and/or leadership experience Winchester Department of Social Services is seeking a Benefit Programs Supervisor to lead a strong team of Benefit Programs Specialists. This is a fast-paced role suited for a leader who has considerable experience in administering eligibility operations (SNAP, Medicaid, and other programs), training and developing staff, and improving internal systems and processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Steady Leadership : Oversee and support a strong team of Benefit Programs Specialists by managing daily workflow, assigning caseloads, and ensuring staff have the guidance and training needed to make accurate and timely eligibility decisions.
