ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the oversight of clinical services within the assigned programs. Actively collaborate with members of Residential Management Team and the Clinical Team to ensure the program’s clinical services meet regulatory requirements of DDS/DMA. Continually seek to enhance the quality of services, behavior support plans and clinical interventions through the adoption of best practices in the industry. Effectively assess behavioral concerns, develop preventative strategies and positive behavioral support plans as needed. Provide training and education to staff relating to individuals' clinical needs. Provide guidance and support to staff surrounding crisis issues, ensure implementation of recommendations and provide intervention when necessary.
