About the role: We’re seeking an experienced, technically strong leader to oversee the maintenance, performance and resilience of Lifeblood’s national facilities portfolio (100+ sites). Owning the facilities maintenance strategy, you’ll combine strong people leadership with deep technical expertise to ensure our sites are safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose. You’ll provide technical oversight across critical building services (including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS and backup power, fire, hydraulics and security) while driving asset lifecycle planning, capital forecasting and data‑led decision‑making.
