Job Description Assistant Superintendent – Logansport, IN This is a salaried, exempt position Position Summary: As an Assistant Superintendent at ADM, you will help lead the daily operations of a grain elevator and play a key role in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain. You’ll work closely with the Superintendent to support operations like loading, unloading, grading, and storing grain, while also leading and developing a team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time both in the facility and working alongside employees to solve problems, improve processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
