Job Title: Library Branch Manager - South Buncombe/Skyland Branch Department: Libraries: External Hiring Range: $71,604.23 - $89,400.89 Compensation Grade: 3007: Posted Internally and Externally: We’re excited to announce an opening for the next Branch Manager of the South Buncombe/Skyland Library, located at 260 Overlook Rd. The Skyland Library is one of the busiest branches in our system, serving a rapidly growing community on the south side of Buncombe County. The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the library and provides leadership and support for a team of 3 full-time and 2 part-time staff members. This position reports directly to the Branch Services Manager. Additional responsibilities include: Leading all adult collection development and programming Serving as the library’s liaison to the Friends of the South Buncombe Library Participating as a member of Buncombe County Public Library’s Management Team Schedule: This is a salaried position that does not receive overtime pay.
