InterWorks is on the lookout for a seriously talented individual to join our outstanding Recruitment team as a Coordinator. This person needs to be a confident, capable professional who knows how to get things done. In this role, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and support smooth recruitment operations. You’ll also handle day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of InterWorks by helping us build a high-performing organisation. Please be advised that this role is required to be located in the InterWorks office in Melbourne, VIC. Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position. Applicants must be current residents of Australia to be considered. $70,000 – $110,000 AUD per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
