An opportunity to play a central role in how the Corporate & Investment Banking division in SEB realises value from its CRM and sales platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 — bridging business needs, user adoption, and configuration of new functionality for business value. We are looking for a hands-on Application Specialist to support and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within the Corporate & Investment Banking division (CIB). This role is a combination of business analysis, end user adoption and support, and application configuration. You will work closely with front office roles (e.g. client executive and product sales) to ensure that the platform is well adopted, well configured, and genuinely useful to the business. You will work equally close with the product owner and technology team, in continuous development and support of the platform.
