The District Manager’s function is to direct and oversee daily Store District Operations in a retail/c-store environment through coordination & execution of Company policies, procedures, and directives. This position maximizes operational efficiency of assigned store locations and communicates effectively with the VP of Operations, Store Managers and store team members to maximize store sales and profitability. The District Manager drives excellence in day-to-day operations through training, coaching and supporting their Store Managers to become strong leaders while also reaching financial objectives and resolving Guest concerns using excellent interpersonal skills.
