What You’ll Do: Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle : Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offers. Proactive Sourcing: We don’t just rely on adverts. We want Recruiters who are proactive sourcers. You’ll focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and constantly look for new ways to find A-players. Candidate Assessment: Conduct effective video interviews, assessing skills and behaviours against role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates who align to our values.
