What you’ll be doing…: As a Restaurant Supervisor in a hospital restaurant setting, you will support the daily running of a busy catering operation that serves patients, NHS staff, and visitors. Working under an NHS contract, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, safe, and welcoming food service while supervising a team to maintain excellent hygiene, service standards, and operational compliance.
