SAP Integration Lead / Solution Architect

Job description

The SAP Cross-Functional Lead is responsible for providing functional integration oversight across multiple SAP modules to ensure end-to-end business process alignment, seamless solution design, and successful program delivery. This role works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project leadership to drive integrated designs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives, performance expectations, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional design discussions across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, TM). - Ensure end-to-end business process alignment and integration across workstreams. - Validate functional design documents, configuration work, and WRICEF specs across modules. - Identify process interdependencies and provide guidance to mitigate functional conflicts. - Act as a single functional point of contact between business leads and SAP workstreams. - Conduct requirement workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis for integrated processes. - Support business process harmonization, standardization, and template deployment. - Work closely...
