Job Description: Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Regional Leader of Training (RLT) is a field-based leader who supervises a team of Area Leaders of Training and is a critical part of the regional Business Unit support team. This leader is primarily responsible for their team’s execution of Raising Cane's training standards across all areas within the region, as well as partnering with the Regional Business Unit Leader on strategic initiatives.
