Job Description Bring your outstanding skills in business partnering, problem solving and communication to support a member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their leadership team on our strategic agenda! Core Responsibilities: Partnering with one of the ELT members (called CXO for simplicity in this job description), the Strategy Partner will work closely with their leadership team and the broader organisation. They will help run the CXO Leadership Team meetings and support their strategic agenda, engaging with peer Strategy Partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end thinking. Specifically you will: Play your part in our team succeeding This individual will become a member of the Strategy Partner team which sits within the wider Strategy & Transformation function. The role reports into the VP, Strategy & Transformation. Each Strategy Partner plays an integral role in driving the strategic agenda for the ELT they support, which in turn helps shape the future Corporate Strategy of the LEGO Group.
